You are not short of inventory. You are short of table.
The pattern is always the same. You pack enough stock to make the booth fee worth paying, you start setting up, and somewhere around the third stand you realize the table is full and half the bins are still in the van. Whatever does not fit goes underneath the tablecloth, where it sells nothing and you carry it home again.
The usual answer is another 3-tier stand. Each one buys you about 90 more bracelets and costs you another 1.2 square feet — of the one resource in a 10×10 that no vendor can buy more of on the day.
A 10-tier display holds about 600 pieces on the same 1.24 square feet. That is not a marginal gain. It is the difference between a booth that looks like a clearance table and a booth that looks like a brand.

Solid pine, not acrylic and not particleboard. Acrylic looks sharp in photos and arrives at its fourth show chipped at every corner. This gets packed, unpacked and knocked forty weekends a year.

- What is the best bracelet display for a craft fair?
- One that adds capacity vertically rather than horizontally, because table area is the scarce resource in a booth and inventory is not. A multi-tier display holding several hundred pieces in roughly a square foot does the work of five small stands without spreading across the table you also need for wrapping and payment.
- How many bracelets should I bring to a craft show?
- Bring what you can display well rather than what fits in the van. Stock in bins under the table sells nothing. A realistic weekend range is 400 to 600 pieces, which is one 10-tier display or roughly six 3-tier stands.
- Will this fit on a standard vendor table?
- Yes. The base is 18.19 by 9.85 inches and it stands 43.5 inches tall, so it sits comfortably on a standard 6-foot table with room either side and does not overhang the front edge.
- Is a tall display stable at an outdoor market?
- The weighted base drawer keeps the center of gravity low and the base is nearly ten inches deep. Load the lower bars first, which is what most people do anyway. In genuine wind, no tall display of any kind should be left unsecured.
- How long does setup take?
- Under ten minutes with a household screwdriver, and far less if you keep it assembled between shows. Because the bars lift out, most vendors load bars at home and drop them in on site.
